Maybe if I had a boatload of legal problems ready to chew me up this would be really advantageous to me, but it s not right now. But what if a person really has nothing to leave behind? I could see the will prep as something my spouse would bug me about. Prepaid legal protection to me is one of those things that you probably want to get but it doesn t seem advantageous to get until some legal stuff rears its ugly head in your life. Kind of like going to the store the buy the fire extinguisher after the fire is already ablaze at your home.
